Pascale started her career at Deloitte LLP in the audit practice, specialising in technology, media and telecoms clients. In 2009 she moved into the charity sector, taking on the role of Head of International Finance at the Amnesty International. She was the recipient of the Sayer Vincent Financial Leadership Award in 2014 for leading the design and implementation of the common reporting framework across the global amnesty movement. In 2015, she became Head of Central Finance, being responsible for Amnesty’s financial accounting, governance, systems and processing functions. Over the past twelve months, she has led the development of Amnesty’s fraud resilience and travel management strategies and is proud to have directed Amnesty’s successful submission for the 2017 Third Sector Finance Team of the Year. Pascale is a qualified accountant, a member of ICAEW and a graduate in Mathematics from Oxford University.
