Clare Laxton

Associate Director – Policy and Influencing CLIC Sargent

 

Clare Laxton is a public affairs, policy and influencing professional with a career in the charity sector of over ten years.

She is currently Associate Director for Policy and Influencing at CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, where she leads the Policy, Research and Influencing work for the organisation. Clare is also a trustee for the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) and a Fellow of the RSA.

Previous to CLIC Sargent Clare has managed Policy and Public Affairs at Women's Aid, the national domestic abuse charity, led on Parliamentary Affairs for sexual health charities Family Planning Association (FPA) and Brook.
