Shelter's General Election campaign - Digital (Build More Homes)



We are only going to end the housing crisis if politicians build enough affordable homes. To make this happen though we knew we had to get housing on the agenda at the 2015 general election.

To cut through the noise though it was clear we needed innovative digital content, localised and personalised to our audiences. Through in-depth audience analysis; a thorough testing programme; and careful segmentation of daring and emotive content, we were able to build a digital campaign that reached over a million people.

Ultimately our campaign met its aims, with housing a top four issue at the election.
