Leap Confronting Conflict

Patrick will be retiring after 12 years on the board, nine years as Chair. He has guided the organisation through challenging times and uncertain economic climates, increased income and overseen a tightening of the focus of our work.

Leap works with young people to transform the conflict in their lives and to develop skills vital for adult life. In 2014/15, we achieved greater impact for 1,288 young people with 71% reduction in arrests among graduates from one course.

Patrick has chosen to retire when Leap is achieving more in its impact for young people, has solid income and increasing momentum.
