Macmillan / Different Kettle


Three Christmases ago, Macmillan broke all of its previous cash appeal records by breaking the million-pound mark with one appeal. Last Christmas we smashed that record again – upping the income by over 17%.

We did it by telling the incredible story of Liam and his three Christmases with cancer, including the creation of a beautifully illustrated Christmas book that brought the famous Macmillan brand to life in a whole new way.

But more than that, by creating a compelling cause led appeal and integrating it with our gaming campaign over the festive period we gave a core cohort of supporters the opportunity to engage with and donate to both. Which meant our Christmas cash appeal and Christmas raffle raised more money than ever!
