Zoe Bailie

Director of Brand & Innovation, The Mix

 

Zoë is Director of Brand and Innovation at The Mix with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Content and Research. She was part of the senior management team that took YouthNet and Get Connected through a successful merger in 2015 and lead the rebrand to become The Mix last year.
Zoë has spent over 20 years working across the third sector and corporate social responsibility. After studying psychology Zoë then moved into charities such as The Mental Health Foundation, The Stroke Association and Islington Voluntary Action Council - gaining experience in leadership, policy, marketing and fundraising. In CSR Zoe worked at The Body Shop, as Global Marketing Manager for Values, and at Bauer Media setting up and running the Cash for Kids charity at national radio stations.
Zoë is passionate about giving young people the opportunity to be whoever they want to be and is Governor at a school in Hackney, London.
