Adeem Younis, 37, Yorkshire-born businessman and humanitarian.

Adeem founded international humanitarian charity, Penny Appeal. Credited as one of the fastest growing charities in its sector, the twice-Guinness world record breaking charity works in over 30 countries as well as in the UK where its provision includes a fostering and adoption service, domestic violence counselling and a number of food banks/soup kitchens.

Through Adeem’s stewardship and vision, the charity has grown it's annual income from £117,539 to a projected £24 million+ in less than 6 years with over 200 hundred staff in the UK and more abroad. Recent growth has included expansion into the USA, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia and the UAE with a view to set up more international offices in near future.

Penny Appeal’s domestic emergency response unit was one of the first responders to the 2015 Cumbrian floods, the Grenfell Tower crisis, the Manchester Arena bombing and London Bridge attacks. Their work recognised by HM The Queen, Mayor of London, a number of Parliamentary reports and has received wide, mainstream media coverage.

This has all been made possible through the incredible dedication and diligence of visionary founder, Adeem Younis.
