Entry deadline is Thursday 4 May, 2017. However entries will be accepted until Thursday 18 May but a late entry of £50 + VAT will apply to all entries submitted after Thursday 4 May. 

DEADLINE EXTENDED! You now have until Thursday 11 May to submit your entry with no late fee. The late fee will now apply to all entries submitted after midnight 11 May. 

Entry fees (before midnight 11 May)

  • £60 + VAT – For organisations with a turnover under £1M
  • £135 + VAT – For organisations with a turnover between £1M and £5M
  • £205 + VAT - For organisations with a turnover over £5M

Entry fees (12 – 18 May)

  • £110 + VAT – For organisations with a turnover under £1M
  • £185 + VAT – For organisations with a turnover between £1M and £5M
  • £255 + VAT - For organisations with a turnover over £5M

If your work was carried out between 1 May 2016 to 30 May 2017, it is eligible for entry.

Entries will only be accepted from registered UK charities or organisations. 

Yes, you can submit more than one entry into the same category or multiple categories. You can also submit the same entry into multiple categories.

Work that began in earlier years is eligible if it came to fruition during this period. Work that has been entered previously can be re-entered as long as the entrant can prove an improvement or change in the entry.

Agencies and consultancies may enter on behalf of the voluntary organisations they work for, provided they have their client’s approval. Please ask clients to email their approval to sarah.fournier@haymarket.com

Long-listed entrants into Charity of the Year, Communications Team of the Year and Fundraising Team of the Year will be asked to present at the live judging day following the first round of judging. Live judging will take place w/c 10 July.

Within each category the top 5-6 entries will be invited to a Central London location where a maximum of 3 team members will present their entry to the judges.

The judging day is designed to give you the opportunity to present your entry to a distinguished panel of judges, giving them the opportunity to ask questions to ensure they fully understand the objectives and impact of your entry.

Following the live judging, the shortlist will be announced for each category.

The finalists will be announced at the end July. All entrants will receive email notification and will be listed on ThirdSector.co.uk and on this website.

Yes, entries can be withdrawn up until 1 August 2017. Unfortunately entry fees will not be refunded.
